Kent Weber, co-founder of a Colorado organization called Mission: Wolf, answers questions about wolf behavior Thursday afternoon with Magpie, a
5-year-old gray wolf, at Ensworth Elementary School in Bend. The organization allows people to see wolves close up to raise awareness about wolf recovery efforts and the role wolves play in the ecosystem. The nonprofit also runs a wolf sanctuary for animals born in captivity.
