Gabriel Evans Brisbine, of Sisters, died Tuesday of injuries sustained in an accident. He was 5.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Church in Bend.
Gabriel was born May 17, 2002, in Bend, the son of Sean Brisbine and Lori Osburn. He attended kindergarten at Sisters Elementary School.
Survivors include his mother, Lori Osburn; his father and stepmother, Sean and Nicole Brisbine; a brother, Michael, of Sisters; a sister, Ashley, of Sisters; and three grandparents, Carol Chapman, of Redmond, and Richard and Danna Osburn, both of Gaston.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather.
