In a story headlined “City eyes growth boundary change,” which appeared Tuesday, July 17, on Page E1, the status of the land swap between the state of Oregon and PremierWest Bank was incorrect. While both have agreed to swap 80-acre adjoining parcels, the exchange has not been officially completed.
