Retha was born in Mitchell, OR, and resided in Redmond.
She was a homemaker most of her life.
She is survived by one sister, Crystal Stephens (Astoria, OR); two daughters, Cindy (King's Beach, CA) and Ginger Nedry (Redmond, OR); her stepchildren, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Veril Russell; her three sons, Howard, Bruce and Neil Miller; four brothers and one sister.
Retha will always be loved and remembered.
