A graduation ceremony for Central Oregon Reserve Law Enforcement Officer Academy graduates is scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Redmond.
Commencement exercises for the class of 2012 will take place in Ridgeview High School’s auditorium on Southwest Elkhorn Avenue. The graduates represent four Central Oregon law enforcement agencies, including the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, and the Prineville, Madras and Redmond police departments.
Graduates have successfully completed 321 hours of intensive academy training, and will return to their agencies as sworn Reserve Peace Officers.
