Art in the High Desert is now accepting applications from artists for the sixth annual festival to be held Aug. 23-25 in the Old Mill District in Bend.
The juried fine arts and crafts festival, produced by artists and arts advocates, is held along the Deschutes River across from the shops.
Each year, new jurors select 110 artists to participate in the event. Applications can be sent using the ZAPP application system, available at www .zapplication.org. Registration for ZAPP is free.
