DUII — Ryan Paul Comley, 35, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 4:02 p.m. Jan. 16, in the area of Bear Creek Road and Southeast 15th Street.
Theft — A theft was reported at 10:24 p.m. Jan. 16, in the 700 block of Northeast Ninth Street.
Theft — A theft was reported at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 17, in the 2800 block of Northeast Spring Water Place.
Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 3:41 p.m. Jan. 17, in the 800 block of Northwest Wall Street.
