The railroad crossing on the La Pine State Recreation Road just north of La Pine will close several hours for construction Tuesday.
The crossing will be closed to traffic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and drivers will need to use alternative routes. From the north, drivers can exit at South Century Drive or Vandervert Road. From the south, drivers can take Burgess Road to Huntington Road.
