• Mail will not be picked up or delivered.
• Bank branches are closed.
• All schools, including Central Oregon Community College, are closed.
• All libraries in Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties are closed.
• Juniper Swim & Fitness is open.
• Most liquor stores are open.
