Gordon lived in Central Oregon most of this life: Bend, Madras and Prineville. He worked with and for Les Schwab for nearly 20 years as a store manager and area leader. He was a cowboy, rancher, cattle truck driver, hunter, fisherman, trapper, 4-H leader for horsemanship: Proud parent, loyal friend, and devoted companion. He would say "Let's do it!"
Gordon is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty; his brother, Warren; daughters, Linda of Puyallup, Washington, Lana of Cathlamet, Washington, Cindy of Prineville, Oregon, Tami of Bend, Oregon; many cherished grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Graveside services at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2013, Redmond Memorial Cemetery, 3545 S. Canal Blvd., Redmond, Oregon.
Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Highland Baptist Church, 3100 SW Highland Ave., Redmond, Oregon. Reception following.
