Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 8:58 p.m. Feb. 19, in the 2600 block of Northeast Division Street.
Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 8:31 a.m. Feb. 20, in the 100 block of Northwest Oregon Avenue.
Unlawful entry — A vehicle was reported entered at 8:52 a.m. Feb. 20, in the 500 block of Northeast Third Street.
Unlawful entry — A vehicle was reported entered at 1:08 p.m. Feb. 20, in the 500 block of Northeast Third Street.
DUII — Bryce Vaughn Geyton, 23, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 11:49 p.m. Feb. 20, in the area of Northwest Minnesota Avenue and Northwest Wall Street.
DUII — Summer Elizabeth Dearing, 35, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:15 a.m. Feb. 21, in the area of Northeast Penn Avenue and Northeast 13th Street.

DUII — Anthony E. Farina III, 65, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 21, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 148.
