WesCom offers an excellent benefits package, including:

Group medical and dental insurance

The company pays most costs of basic medical, dental and life insurance for qualified employees, and employees may elect to cover their dependents as well. Disability coverage and additional life insurance are also available.

Employee Assistance Program

This service is provided to help employees and their familieis with problems that affect an employee's personal well-being and job performance. EAP provides confidential assessment and referral sessions to help employees and family members contend with other personal problems as well.

Flexible spending plan

Flexible Spending Plan (Cafeteria Plan) Section 125 of the IRS Code allows employees to pay some medical insurance premiums and certain unreimbursed health or dependent-care expenses with "before tax dollars," thereby increasing spendable income.

Profit sharing

We maintain a qualified profit-sharing and 401K savings plan, to provide employees and their families with additional financial security.

Vacation and sick leave

Annual vacations are given to provide rest and recreation. They play an important part in maintaining an employee's health and efficiency. Our sick leave policy is intended to provide income during periods when employees are unable to work due to illness or accident.

Subscription and classified ad discounts

Employees may receive a half-price home subscription to the newspaper they help publish. Half-price private-party classified ads are also available.

Pleasant work space

The Bulletin offers an impressive work environment with plenty of space for each employee, comfortable ergonomic furniture, several multimedia conference rooms and computer equipment customized for the needs of employee job functions.
