Policies
The Bulletin reserves the right to censor, reclassify, revise, edit, or reject any advertisement not meeting its standards of acceptance. We accept only standard abbreviations and require proper punctuation. Submission of an advertisement does not constitute a commitment to publish the advertisement. Publication of an advertisement does not constitute an agreement for continued publication.
Rates and specifications are subject to change.
The Bulletin is protected by the copyright laws of the United States. The copyright laws prohibit any copying, redistributing, retransmitting, or repurposing via any medium of any copyright-protected material.
IN-COLUMN ads will appear within The Bulletin printed newspaper classifieds and online in our Classifieds section. Some ads with special features such as boxes may not appear online exactly as they do in print. The Bulletin does not guarantee the placement of print ads online, as Web site publication could be interrupted due to technical difficulties.
All paid classified text ads will automatically appear on our Web site each day free of charge. If you include your e-mail address or Web site address in your ad, it can be a hot link so the audience can contact you directly. E-mail address links are free, and we strongly encourage you to put links in your ads. Our goal is to make your classified ad as productive as possible. Any corrections or changes to an ad can be made by calling the Classified department at 541-385-5809 during our business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, or send an e-mail to classified@bendbulletin.com.
