Elks Lodge may still be available

Bend board may still have chance to buy building

The Bend Development Board may still be in the running for The Elks Lodge property, which was presumed bought last month by developer Larry Kine of Kine & Kine Property.

The news of the sale was met by the development board with surprise and regret.

Apparently, though, Kine's offer hasn't....
