Sixty of 129 neglected horses pregnant

The 129 neglected horses seized earlier this week in Brothers could multiply to about 200 before the case passes through the court system, said the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.

Veterinarians have identified 20 mares that will foal in the next week and about 40 more that are pregnant and....
