Wyden study targets area Head Start program

MADRAS - Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., has organized a committee of Jefferson County residents to study local preschool programs as residents continue to debate a new Head Start facility.

The senator is asking the eight-member committee to make its recommendations to him by April 1.
