Downtown gateway is getting a new look

It's been called one of the main "gateways" into downtown Bend. It has also been called rundown and in need of a makeover.

The eyesore, which some say has prevented tourists from discovering Bend's downtown, is Greenwood Avenue, west of Highway 97.
