Court Appointed Special Advocates of Central Oregon has teamed up with Cathy’s Cleaners to collect winter coats and other warm clothes for needy children in the region.

People can drop off their gently used apparel and coats at the business’ Bend locations: 1235 N.W. Second St. and 1288 S.W.....
