The Tree of Joy project, sponsored by Bend-based Rotary clubs, has begun. The tree is located in Santa Land, next to Jimmy John’s in the Old Mill District.

Tags hanging from the tree are labeled with the first name, age and clothing size of a local child or senior in need. Participants are asked....
