Virginia passed away peacefully, at the age of 83, after a short illness. She was a native of Santa Cruz, California, and moved to Bend, Oregon, in the 60s, after her marriage to Bob Cooley, a state policeman.
Virginias early years were spent in Santa Cruz, then....
