High-speed rail plan — The Oregon Passenger Rail Leadership Council is considering routes for high-speed rail travel. The Register-Guard newspaper in Eugene reports that there are four alternatives the 21-member group is looking at for the future route of passenger rail in the Willamette Valley.....
