Camera may be recording your illegal actions

We hire elected officials to protect our life, liberty and property. Public facilities are our property. We do not set limits on the tactics the government uses to enforce this protection. If tactics are above and beyond what is necessary, the courts will strike them down. That’s the courts’ job.
If cameras help the government protect my life, liberty and property, then who are we, as the public, to complain about an invasion of our privacy? Whatever we do in public is just that: public. Most people are law-abiding citizens. Very few people aren’t. If you’re a law-abiding citizen in the city of Redmond, don’t worry. If you’re a citizen contemplating nefarious acts to damage public property in the city of Redmond, watch out. A camera may be recording your actions.
