Oregon State is expected to have Eric Moreland back in the lineup today when the Beavers take on USC at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

Moreland, a 6-foot-10 sophomore forward, missed OSU’s past three games, as did freshman guard Victor Robbins, for a violation of team rules. Moreland is one of the Beavers’ top players, ranking second in the Pac-12 Conference in rebounding (11.1 rebounds per game), blocked shots (2.7) and field-goal percentage (.621).

Oregon State (10-7 overall, 0-4 Pac-12) is seeking its first conference victory of the season. The Beavers are coming off a 74-64 loss at UCLA on Thursday night. USC (7-11, 2-3) will be playing its second game under interim head coach Bob Cantu, who replaced Kevin O’Neill after O’Neill was fired on Monday. The Trojans lost 76-74 to Oregon on Thursday night.

Game time for today’s contest is 5 p.m.; the game will be televised live by the Pac-12 Network.
