Zollner

• Cyndi Zollner, an escrow officer with Deschutes County Title Company, has joined the Central Oregon Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Zollner began her real estate career as an escrow assistant in 1997 and moved into an escrow officer position in 2000.

• Rod Ray, CEO and chairman of the board of Bend Research, has joined the Oregon Adaptive Sports board of directors. Ray has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University and a master’s degree and doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado – Boulder. He is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and Oregon and holds 21 U.S. patents and has 41 scientific publications. Ray has been with Bend Research since 1983.

• David Rosell, president of Rosell Wealth Management in Bend, was featured in two financial publications, Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Magazine. The feature articles discussed the growth of his practice, processes that have been utilized and the emphasis Rosell Wealth Management places on client service.

• Michael Palmer has joined WIN Home Inspection Bend as part of the inspection team. The last five years Palmer has been an active duty marine, and he was honorably discharged in December 2012. Since then he has been taking classes and training with WIN Home Inspection to get his license and certification.

John Snippen, a broker with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate, received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award for his 2012 sales production. The award goes to the top 15 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates and representatives worldwide. Snippen has an MBA from Marylhurst University, and a bachelor’s degree in business from Oregon State University. He has been a broker at Coldwell Banker for more than seven years.

• Cathlene Hendrix, of Bank of the Cascades in Bend, has been named vice president, manager of the Small Business Administration government guaranteed loan department. Her responsibilities will include leading development activities in Oregon and Idaho, administering loans and customer service. Hendrix has been in the lending and commercial real estate financing industries for 28 years. She received the U.S. SBA Financial Services Advocate of the Year award for the region containing Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska, and the U.S. SBA Lender of Excellence award for the state of Oregon.

• Larry and Jeannie Vierra have joined the BNI Wildfire Networking chapter. Larry is the president of Advanced PC Solutions LLC and Jeannie is an associate broker for ITEX. They have both completed the BNI Members Success Program.

• BNI Wildfire Networking chapter president, Andrew Untermeyer, Senior Account Manager for KFXO-TV, has just attended and completed Powerful Presentations, Effective Communication Skills and How to Spell Success, by S.T.A.R. Strategies To Attract and Retain.
