Bend and Redmond median home prices declined in February, according to a Bratton Appraisal Group report released Tuesday.

The median price on a single family home in Bend was $235,000 last month, down from $248,000 in January, according to the report.

Redmond median prices dropped to $122,000 in February from $143,000 the month before — the highest monthly median for Redmond since mid-2008.
