Caldera will host the last of its seasonal Open Studios from 1-3 p.m. Saturday.

Each winter, Caldera’s Artist in Residence program hosts artists from around the country who have been awarded four-week stays at Caldera’s Arts Center at Blue Lake. Open Studios offers a free opportunity to experience the artists’ work and creative processes in a friendly, informal setting — and a warm fire in the center’s ginormous fireplace.

This month features writer Lydia Conklin, visual artist Jeff Leake, actress Karen Yates, visual artist Craig Goodworth and visual artist Hayley Barker.

Caldera is located 16 miles west of Sisters, off of U.S. Highway 20. Turn at the entrance to Suttle Lake and follow the signs to Blue Lake and Caldera.
