• Tim Booher has joined Selco Mortgage as a loan officer serving Central Oregon. Booher has 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending business.
• Bill Kopacz, the general manager of La Pine-based Midstate Electric Cooperative, retired from the co-op after more than 40 years of service to Oregon rural electric co-ops. During his 22 years at Midstate Electric, Kopacz saw the organization grow by more than 7,000 members.
• Dave Schneider was promoted to general manager of Midstate Electric Cooperative effective April 1. Schneider was promoted to the position of assistant general manager last year, and has worked at Midstate Electric for 18 years. He is a licensed CPA with a bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University-Chico.
• Bill Raven has joined Bend Premier Real Estate as a broker. Raven has a background in leadership for large corporations and smaller start-up operations.
• Tena Jackson has been promoted as branch manager for the Madras branch of Home Federal Bank. Jackson has more than 25 years of banking experience and most recently served as the Madras branch operations manager. Jackson is an active Rotarian and serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Juniper Junction Community Council and the Jefferson County Elected Official Compensation Board.
