Juno, a new Sushi restaurant, expects to open in mid-May in the Century Village Shopping Center on Southwest Century Drive, south of Southwest Simpson Avenue, Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors announced Monday.

Michi Nakanishi, the restaurant owner, has 14 years experience as a sushi chef in Bend and in Japan, according to a news release.
