Bradley Nelson has joined Gold Card Network Inc. in Bend as public relations director. In this role he will work with Gold Card nonprofit organizations and merchants in Central Oregon and the Willamette Valley. Nelson recently graduated from University of Oregon Journalism School.

Mark Rossi, of Pinnacle Architecture in Bend, will be speaking at the Farmworker Housing Asset and Property Management Conference, hosted by CASA of Oregon, June 12-14 at Eagle Crest Resort. He will join a panel of speakers to discuss Capital Needs Assessment as it relates to multi-family and farmworker housing.

Rhonda Grall has joined State Farm Insurance and Financial Services in Bend as an office representative. Grall has more than 20 years of experience in management, sales and customer service. She will assist clients with State Farm auto, home, life and health products and services.

Heather Carlin has joined Lumbermens Insurance in Bend as a producer focusing on employee benefits and individual life and health insurance. Carlin has more than 19 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
