Sept. 14, 1927 – April 21, 2013

Lloyd Moore of Terrebonne, OR passed away at the age of 85. He was born in Kerrobert, Sask., Canada to Norman and Edith Moore. While he was a young child, his family moved back to the USA. He spent most of his youth in the Willamina area, then later moved to Salem. He was in the U.S. Army and stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska.

He married Shirley Cross in 1948, and they were together over 64 years. They had two children, Larry and Janet. At the time of his retirement he was a driver for Wimer Logging Co. They moved to Central Oregon 22 years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; son, Larry of Portland; granddaughters, Lisa of Milwaukie and Julie of Salt Lake City; a brother, Earl of Salem; and sister, Darlene Shackelford of Terrebonne. He was predeceased by his daughter, Janet.

A private burial was held at Belcrest Memorial Park, Salem Oregon. Please sign our online guestbook
