Brian and Rosemary (Moore) Douglass, of Bend, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

The couple were married June 16, 1973, in Roy, Ore. They have two children, Christopher, of Creswell, Ore. and Scott and (Carrie Mcpherson), of Bend; and one grandchild.

The couple own and operate Smith Rock Race Group, LLC. He is a disability advocate and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She is a member of St. Francis of Assisi church. They enjoy activities with their respective church groups, gardening, reading and spending time with family.

They have lived in Central Oregon for 23 years.
