St. Charles Health System has bought a medical office building at Northeast Neff Road and Northeast Purcell Boulevard, just west of its Bend hospital.

Built in 1978, the 2,749-square-foot Peterson Medical Building has been renovated several times, according to a news release from Compass Commercial Real Estate Services, which handled the $575,000 transaction.

The building at 2000 N.E. Neff Road is partially occupied by the Ideal You Weight Loss Center of Bend. St. Charles plans to use it sometime in the future to accommodate growth, the news release stated.
