Filip Topol, 48: Czech rock musician whose intense vocal style and manic piano playing with his band, Psi Vojaci, lent a coarse but poetic soundtrack to Czechoslovakia’s Velvet Revolution in 1989. Died June 19 in his apartment in Prague.
