Dan Heater, principal broker, ePro, GRI and RSPS, has joined RE/MAX Key Properties as designated principal broker. Heater was previously the educational coordinator at the Central Oregon Association of Realtors.
Brenda Stanton has joined the Oregon branch of Futurity First Insurance Group as a life and health insurance agent. Stanton has a background in finance and accounting, and has been a certified public accountant for 18 years. Areas of expertise include retirement account income strategies, senior health care and Medicare planning, life insurance solutions and protecting client assets from long-term care expenses.
Mary Conde-Rivera has received the Oregon Community Foundation Latino Partnership Program’s Community Leader of the Year award for her work with Latino communities in Central Oregon. Conde-Rivera is the coordinator of the Oregon Mexico Education Partnership Program also known as Plaza Comunitaria.
Brent Landels has joined Windermere/Central Oregon Real Estate as a broker. Landels will help lead the team for the Builder Solutions division.
Kathy Janus has joined Windermere/Central Oregon Real Estate as a broker. Janus will help lead the team for the Builder Solutions division.
Gail Rogers has joined Windermere/Central Oregon Real Estate as a broker. Rogers is involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors and has a background in sales and customer service.
Krista Polvi has earned the Certified Property Management designation. Polvi is currently a member of the property management division of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services and has worked in the real estate industry for eight years. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Michael A. Addington, EA, LTC and NTPI fellow, has been appointed to the Oregon State Board of Tax Practitioners by Gov. John Kitzhaber. Addington, who has been a tax professional for more than 23 years, is the president of Excellence In Taxes Inc. and will serve a three-year term.
Natasha W. Owens has joined Pinnacle Architecture, of Bend, as an intern architect. Owens holds a bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Oregon. Her areas of expertise include commercial, multi-model urban planning, mixed use, residential, multi-family housing projects and sustainable development.
