Norman Smith relocates windows while clearing out a lot at Pakit Liquidators in Bend on Tuesday. Matt Korish of Pakit is collaborating with organizers of the Bend Roots Revival music festival to clear space for this year’s event. Bend Roots founder Mark Ransom gave a quick tour of the facility Tuesday, locating potential areas of the property for music stages. In 2012, the festival was canceled amid concerns about late-night noise and use of an access road near its old home, the Century Center on Bend’s west side.
