Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors Inc. announced two separate sales of industrial property in Bend that totaled more than 100,000 square feet and about $7.5 million combined.

Glenwood Industrial Park, comprised of two buildings on Southeast Glenwood Drive, sold Thursday for $3.96 million, according to Brian Fratzke, principal broker. And the five-building East Bend Plaza, located at Southeast Wilson Avenue and Southeast Ninth Street, sold for nearly $3.5 million Friday. Both properties are 100 percent leased.

“What it is showing is that the high-quality investor is back acquiring multimillion-dollar investments again in Bend,” Fratzke said. “In both cases these (new) owners manage and operate industrial locations in other areas.”
