Head Start now enrolling

NeighborImpact’s Head Start program is now enrolling children for the 2013-14 school year.

Crook and Deschutes county children from low-income families who are ages 3 and 4 on Sept. 1 are eligible for the free preschool and family support program.

Space is limited, so NeighborImpact is encouraging families to apply now.

To qualify, families should submit an application along with eligibility documentation to the NeighborImpact Head Start Administrative Office at 2303 S.W. First St., in Redmond.

Information about eligibility documentation and applications are available at www.neighborimpact.org, or at NeighborImpact offices in Bend, La Pine, Prineville and Redmond, or by calling 541-323-6523 and asking to have it mailed to you.

NeighborImpact is a private nonprofit organization that receives federal, state and local funding, foundation grants and donations from individuals and businesses in our community.
