Feb. 12, 1923 – July 25, 2013

Gordon passed away last week. The loving father of two sons and grandfather to four, spent his career in the telecommunications industry. He was the supervising engineer on the first fiber optic installation in the US, going from Sacramento to Los Angeles, CA, and worked for some 50 years in an industry, that he found challenging and interesting.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and backpacking. Coming to Central Oregon in 2000, he experienced the seasons and the Oregon outdoors.

He will be missed by his extended family.
