Bend Memorial Clinic and the Central Oregon Council on Aging are teaming up to host two sessions of “Powerful Tools for Caregivers,” an educational program teaching family care-givers how to take care of themselves, over the coming months in Bend.

The program’s six-week summer session will run from Thursday to Sept. 12 at BMC’s main office, 1501 N.E. Medical Center Drive. The fall session will run Sept. 26 to Nov. 7 at the Bend Senior Center, 1600 S.E. Reed Market Road. Classes for both session will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursdays.
