Bend High
Air Bear Football Camp, Aug. 12-15: For players in fourth through eighth grade — registration at 8 a.m.; camp runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Bend High practice field; non-padded practices; cleats recommended; cost is $40. For players in high school — registration at 9 a.m.; camp runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Bend High practice field; gear will be handed out Aug. 13 between 8 a.m. and noon; cost is $100.
Football daily doubles, Aug. 19-23: Freshmen scheduled for 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; varsity is 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Be sure to be cleared with the Bend High athletics office before the first practice. Mountain View
Fall sports information night: Aug. 14 in the auditorium at Mountain View at 6:30 p.m.; after brief opening session, parents and athletes will be released to their specific sport meetings around campus. For more information, call the athletics office at 541-355-4500.
Redmond High
Football camp: Football camp for players in third through eighth grade is Aug. 12-15, beginning at 9 a.m. and running through noon; high school camp runs on the same dates but begins at 6 p.m. and runs through 9 p.m.
Physicals: Physical exams for Redmond School District athletes in middle school and high school are available Aug. 15 at 6 p.m. for $20
Fall practices: Fall practices begin Aug. 19; students need up-to-date physicals (all freshmen and juniors as well as any student who has not had a physical in the past two years), proof of insurance, signed training rules, and pay-to-play fees in order to participate.
Summit
Coaches clinic and certification: Head Coaches Clinic on Aug. 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Center boardroom; Bend-La Pine SD Coaches Certification Day at Summit High School from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Fall sports packets: Deadline for fall sports packets is Aug. 16.; last day to join a fall sport is Sept. 27.
Sisters
Fall sports registration: Sisters High will hold fall sports registration Aug. 12-16 at the athletics office from noon to 4 p.m. Student-athletes are required to be fully cleared with paperwork, physicals, fees and fines before the first day of practices Aug. 19.
Bingo night: The Outlaws Together Athletics Fundraiser Bingo Night is scheduled for Aug. 12 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the common area at Sisters High.
Sports physical night: Sports physical exams will be held at Sisters High Aug. 14-15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
