Murray and Holt Motors has sold its sales lot at the corner of Northeast Third Street and Northeast Franklin Avenue in Bend to make way for a new Walgreens drug store, the dealership announced Friday.

Its new sales lot will be the area between its main building at Second Street and Franklin and the Sherwin-Williams paint store, according to a news release.

The move, scheduled for Labor Day, will not affect the dealer’s inventory or services, the news release stated. Murray and Holt expect the same number of vehicles, or more, to be on display in the new lot, and the dealership will continue to offer service and parts operations.
