August 3, 1937 – August 21, 2013

Ted was born in Delano, California, and passed away peacefully August 21, 2013, in Crescent, Oregon, at age 76.

As a long-time resident of Crescent, Ted worked many years at the Gilchrist mill, and retired from there. He loved hunting and fishing with his family and friends.

Ted is survived by his wife, Peggy Carlson; sons, Randy Carlson, Mike Carlson, and Kevin Carlson; daughter, Teddi DeYoung; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Glen Carlson, and Doug Carlson; and his grandson, Matthew DeYoung.
