Sheriff’s deputies were called to Williams’ home on Northwest Odem Avenue on Sunday after receiving reports of a foul odor and dead sheep. Deputies found more than 20 decomposing sheep carcasses, some buried in shallow pits and others lying above ground.

Investigators found another 89 sheep and three donkeys that were not being adequately cared for, seized the animals and arrested Williams on Monday.
