William F. Niehous, 82: A businessman from Ohio had been given up for dead by almost everyone but his family when he emerged from the Venezuelan jungle on June 30, about three years, four months and two days after being kidnapped by leftist guerrillas. Died Oct. 9 in Ottawa Hills, Ohio.
