The Rotary Club of Bend will host a movie night at the Tower Theatre tonight at 7 p.m. The two films shown will focus on polio and peace.

“After the Rains, Pursing Polio to the Ends of the Earth” is about efforts to eradicate the polio virus. “Evolution of Global Peace System” is a film about world peace.

Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit the Rotary.

Ezra Teshome, the Rotary District Governor from Washington, will be on hand to discus his experience leading polio immunization teams in Ethiopia and how conflict and polio are related. Cost is $25.
