The Bend Ski Club is scheduled to host a season kickoff party Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Anthony’s Restaurant in the Old Mill District.

The party is for members and potential members. The ski club will provide appetizers, and a no-host bar is available. RSVPs are requested.

The Bend Ski Club focuses on recreational skiing and adult ski racing. Beginning at the start of the season, on-mountain meetings will occur regularly at Mt. Bachelor ski area.

The ski club’s race committee is the host of Friday Night City League racing at Hoodoo ski area and many other events throughout the winter.
