Margaret B. Robinson passed away at the age of 81 at her ranch October 8, 2013. She was born in Upper Lake, CA Sept. 19, 1932 to Roy and Marion Bucknell. Margaret was preceded in death by her handsome cowboy, William J. Robinson. She is survived by her three daughters, Judy Robinson, Terri Gentry and Pat Hannen. She was also blessed with three granddaughters, three grandsons, one great-grandson and her beloved dog, Buck.
Margaret was an employee of US Bank and a long-time volunteer at Deschutes County Library and St. Charles Medical Library, where she accumulated over 4000 hours of volunteer time.
Everyone who knew Margaret loved her kindness and strength. Margaret enjoyed reading, feeding her birds, and she never stopped learning. Her love of life and ability to see the good side of everything was an inspiration to us all.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday Oct. 19, 2013, at the High Desert Museum, Classroom A.
