March 12, 1933 – Nov. 25, 2013Ralph Louis Kinslow, a Prineville resident, passed away on November 25, 2013 at his home. He was 80 years old. Louis was born on March 12, 1933, in Olmsted, Illinois to parents, Ralph and DoraKinslow After high school. Louis joined the US Air Force, and was sent to Greenland and Germany. After the war, he moved to Portland in 1962, and married the love of his life, Verda in Lovelock, Nevada on May 27, 1971. He worked for Grizzley Mountain Plumbing for 30 years. In 1980, Louis and Verda made their home in Prineville, Oregon.Louis is survived by his loving wife, Verda of Prineville; children, Rodney Kinslow, Warren Kinslow, and Joyce Neal, all from Wesley, Ark.; brothers, Richard Kinslow of Stanfield, Ore.; Robert Kinslow of Portland, Ore.; sisters, Roberta Sensenig of Mitchell, Ore; Rosanna Arpin of Lakeside, Ore; Rosalie Lopo of Carson, Wash., Ruth Updike of Elsie, Ore; Racine Delgado of Portland, Ore; and Darlene Klock of Aurora, Ore.; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Dora Kinslow.There will be a service for Louis on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Prineville Funeral Home, 199 NE 10th St. There will be a time of viewing preceding the service.
