Coming into your feminine power is one of the biggest keys I use in coaching my clients.

If you really want an Alpha Man in your life — and most Alpha Women do — this is important information you’ll want to know and remember.

A huge bonus is that over-50’s men will love you if you get this.

Quality men older than 50 want nothing more than to make you happy. They will give to you in every way possible as long as it’s within their power to do so.

And that’s the when trouble starts brewing. Men don’t do it the way you want it done, do they?

No. If you’re an Alpha Female, you become critical of the job they’ve done because you can do it better.

What happens is you come across as controlling.

They think you’ve emasculated them by not allowing them to be themselves and by trying to take the reins away from them.

Here’s an example of how coming into your feminine power can work so well for you.

I was working with my client, Elizabeth, this morning. She’s a powerhouse at work and she knows how to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

She’s a true Alpha Female.

Unable to previously flip the switch, her alpha characteristics were showing up in her dating life, sending men running to the hills.

Elizabeth wasn’t ready to practice her feminine skills just yet in a dating situation, so she decided to try them out at work figuring she had nothing to lose.

She had a meeting scheduled with the CEO of a major corporation.

In the past, she’d have come into the meeting much like a bull in a china shop. She’d have pushed and forced issues until the deal was signed, sealed and delivered.

This time, Elizabeth decided to take the feminine approach by telling a man these four simple words: “I need your help.”

This plays into the good stuff about a man.

It’s in his DNA to make you feel happy and cared for.

Elizabeth consciously made a decision to wear softer feminine clothing versus the usual black suit, which screams ALPHA FEMALE approaching loud and clear.

She slowed herself down as she went into the meeting and asked the very macho CEO for his help on the project.

He gladly stepped up and within five minutes the deal was sealed.

They spent the next hour talking. He shared a lot about his life, which is a man’s way of trying to impress you and by the end of the conversation, he told her to call on him anytime she needed his help.

She was astonished by this “miracle.”

In the past, had she come from her masculine alpha side, it would have taken a lot of struggling and head butting for hours versus minutes to get the deal sealed.

Before Elizabeth started working with me, she only knew how to come from her masculine alpha side and she was turning men off right and left.

She witnessed what every woman witnesses when she consciously flips the switch to her feminine side — men stepping over themselves to help her.

Using your feminine side, men will feel like you really get them.

They’ll want to connect with you on that emotional level they crave with a woman.

This is the power of the feminine mystique.

Watch Joanie on “Mad Men” or Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman” for examples of very strong women who get their way using femininity by allowing men to do for them.

And when he starts doing things for you, be gracious and thank him immediately. Let him know how very much you appreciate what he’s done for you even if it’s not the way you wanted it done.

In many ways, men are like little puppies: the more love, appreciation and respect they get from you, the more they will want to give and do for you.

So like Elizabeth, try your feminine wiles on guy friends, business associates and dates and watch how your life with men begins to change.
