Correction

Dismissal — In the News of Record police log that published Dec. 9, 2010, on Page C2, Garrett Taylor Bachman was listed as having been arrested on suspicion of DUII. The charges against Bachman were dismissed on March 6, 2014.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 6:35 p.m. March 27, in the 61300 block of Blakely.

DUII — Austin Scott Yager, 26, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:13 a.m. April 9, in the area of Southeast Third Street and Southeast Reed Market Road.

DUII — Edward Joe Tena Jr., 31, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 12:53 a.m. April 9, in the area of Northeast Third Street and Northeast Franklin Avenue.

Theft — A theft was reported at 11:24 a.m. April 9, in the 200 block of Southwest Century Drive.

Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 3:46 p.m. April 9, in the 2600 block of Northeast Highway 20.

DUII — David Alan Renick II, 57, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 4:37 p.m. April 9, in the area of Boyd Acres Road and Builders Street.

Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 5:19 p.m. April 9, in the 20100 block of Pinebrook Boulevard.

Theft — A theft was reported at 2:28 p.m. April 10, in the 1500 block of Northeast Medical Center Drive.

Theft — A theft was reported at 11:06 a.m. April 8, in the 19900 block of Driftwood Court.

Burglary — A burglary was reported at 2 a.m. April 10, in the area of Northeast Third Street.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:55 a.m. April 10, in the area of Southeast Lynn and Knowledge Street.

Unlawful entry — A vehicle was reported entered at 10:37 p.m. April 10, in the area of North Main Street.
